Niklaus Svendsen joined the firm in 2023, shortly after graduating from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. As a law student, he served as a volunteer law clerk for the Minnesota Justice Foundation to help ensure low-income Minnesotan's would have access to necessary legal aid.
His practice involves municipal representation, including litigation on behalf of client cities, ordinance drafting and enforcement, and all aspects of local government law, as well as the representation of private entities and individuals with respect to business matters, policies, and regulatory compliance.
