Hoff Barry Successfully Defends Minnetonka from Environmental Challenge

Hoff Barry attorneys recently represented the City of Minnetonka in a challenge to the City’s decision not to order further environmental review for a proposed mountain bike trail in a 146-acre City park and preserve. The Court of Appeals sustained the City Council’s decision in Protect Our Minnetonka Parks, Inc. v. City of Minnetonka, A18-1503, 2019 WL 2495648 (Minn. Ct. App. June 17, 2019), rev. denied (Minn. Sep. 17, 2019), concluding that the City had considered the requisite factors and supported its decision with substantial record evidence.
